At Flexi Plastics LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—especially custom-cut plastics, bulk orders, and made-to-order items—all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a replacement or partial refund, we may require:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number and contact information

If approved, we will issue a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are non-refundable once production has started. This includes products cut to size, custom-printed, or manufactured to your specifications.

Shipping-Related Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, we will help you resolve any shipping claims or disputes to the best of our ability.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, and only if production has not begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
